This was one of those lucky pictures that came after a week of really typical location weather of mist, fog and rain. We had hiked several kilometres up to what we guessed would be a fine viewpoint. Suddenly the mist cleared and we grabbed the shot with seconds to spare before the next white out. The picture has sold well world wide and seen here on an award winning book cover.
